Twee fans over the world must be muttering a sweet disgruntled sigh as they slip on their schoolboy uniforms this morning, as NME is reporting that BELLE AND SEBASTIAN will NOT be touring in support of their new album. The band, known almost as much for their eccentricities as their music, was expected by some to launch a comprehensive tour after the chart success of recent single, "Legal Man." Instead, the band have announced they'll be taking the rest of the year off. When inquired about the band's reasonings, the group's spokesperson offered no explanation other than "that's the beauty of Belle and Sebastian."
