• BRMC's bass player has been fined and given a 3-month sentence for hitting a fan in the eye with a bottle.
• Daft Punk announces the track listing for their Tron:Legacy soundtrack.  I'm over the hype for this record (but still can't *wait* to see the movie)
• No one is asking for a new Jane's Addiction album, but they're going to go ahead and make one anyway.
• Flaming Lips were on Yo Gabba Gabba.  The video was taken down and I was going to ignore this story, but I thought the error message was amusing, "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by yogabbagabba."  Damn that oppressive yogabbagabba!!!
• Asobi Seksu have announced a new record due out on February 15th.  They're pretty neat, you should check them out.
• Photobomb is the term for when someone jumps in the back of your photo and does something stupid.  So it was pretty funny that a 3-year-old photo of Thom Yorke photobombing a couple's trip to a museum has "gone viral" (god, I hate that term) and is now being posted everywhere.
• The Cure will release 'Entreat Plus' as a double vinyl in January.
• Gwyneth Paltrow and William Shatner try to sing Cee-Lo's "Fuck You".
• I don't remember if I ever posted this before, apparently 1/2 of Groove Armada thinks Kings of Leons are assholes (via Reddit)
• Neat remix of DJ Shadow's, "Building Steam with A Grain of Salt".  A year old, but it's new to me and can be new to
  you too!
• Japan has taken pop to a new level.  They have created a 100% virtual pop star.  The vocals are done with software, the performer is a computer generated projection on a screen.  As many have said, "still better then Bieber"
• Crap, another reddit link.  This time it's about how Steve Jobs slammed the owner of CD Baby.  Pretty interesting behind-the-scenes read about the launch of the iTunes Store.
